In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

At Juli’s Flower Shop, we are committed to delivering your floral arrangements with care and in a timely manner.

Delivery Hours

Our regular delivery hours are between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Orders may be delivered at any time during this delivery window based on our delivery route and order volume.

We are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time for residential, business, birthday, anniversary, or other regular deliveries.

Funeral Services

Funeral and memorial service orders receive special scheduling consideration. Please provide the date and time of the service when placing your order so we can make every effort to have the arrangement delivered before the service begins.

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, recipient’s name, and contact information. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in a delay.

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we may attempt to leave the arrangement in a safe location, with a neighbor or authorized person, or contact the recipient to coordinate delivery when appropriate.

Important Notice

While we always make every effort to complete deliveries promptly, delivery times may be affected by traffic, weather, holidays, high order volume, or other circumstances beyond our control.
